Bought a new Highlander from here and by the time we got done it was getting dark and took it home. The next morning I noticed that they did a very lousy job of cleaning the car from the inside as their new done it was getting dark and took it home. Took it back there to see if they can clean it again just from the inside and for someone who just bought a $45k+ car, they made me feel like I was begging. After escalating the issue they told me they will get it done but I have to wait a couple of hours to which I agreed. After about 2 hours I get the car back and all they did was a regular wash from the outside, the inside was exactly the same. More

I called the dealership to inquire about a SUV, matt salesman told me that the car couldn’t be sold yet because it had to go through an inspection. I told him I would buy it and that he would call me as salesman told me that the car couldn’t be sold yet because it had to go through an inspection. I told him I would buy it and that he would call me as soon as it got out of inspection. I didn’t hear anything, so I emailed to inquire about the process. He then proceeded to tell me that it did come out of inspection and that another customer has bought it. xxxx poor communication. I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere and not referring anyone to this dealership. More

I was deeply disturbed to find that several of the employees were not wearing their masks. I had to ask, multiple times, for them to put their masks on before interacting with me.
