Bought my 2015 RAV4 XLE As I had only limited time, visiting every dealer in person and negotiating for price is difficult to me, so I tried shopping online by sending e-mail As I had only limited time, visiting every dealer in person and negotiating for price is difficult to me, so I tried shopping online by sending e-mails and making/attending limited phone calls. I did received reply, price specification and real e-quote from many dealers, but only 3 dealers were given real e-quote. One of them is the Chicago Northside Toyota. Mr. Omar and Mr. Lui were communicating with me and they assured they will beat any other quote, as they said they quoted me a good price. I know my price even before visiting the dealer and meeting any one at the dealership. Whatever they quoted in the e-quote, they honored that price. They were also ready to arrange a pick for me. After reaching the dealer Ms. Helena introduced me to Mr. Nick and he has taken care of me nicely throughout the purchasing process, he also made me to meet the directors and other top persons in the dealership. The finance personnel also very nice and got me 0% financing. Their communication was genuine, professional and with curtsey. I would recommend buying with Chicago Northside Toyota. More

Mo Mustafa not only was an honest and attentive salesman, he stayed with me throughout the process, and made sure every small detail was handled. Even after the sale and their commission, Mo and the used car manager Sam stayed in touch to make sure all issues were handled. The business manager called me personally in response to a concern I voiced. And the service department, which I visited today, was = friendly and professional and fast. I'm really happy--used car salespeople are no longer the old stereotype--I feel like a received excellent care, bought a great car at a good value, and was treated with upmost respect and honesty.
