I recently had an accident and my car was totaled, I went to a couple different dealerships for the car that I searched online but once you get there lets just say the experiences were uncomfortable and frustrating. I nearly gave up on the car search but I decided to come to the northside toyota... I am so glad I did, i walked in and Gerii was my sales rep, she was so pleasant to talk to, she listened and took her time to make sure I was happy with the options, she was not pushy she just wanted to make sure that I had a great experience. The financing manager Mark was so efficient and helpful and he went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable with the numbers and got me the best deal by far compared to what the other dealerships were giving me. I fell in love with my RAV4 limited at the dealership and I continue to love it because of the experience I had there. I can honestly say I want to continue to do business with these people for many more years. Thank you both for being patient and understanding and making me feel good about my purchase. I do not have the greatest credit, but she was able to give me some great options for both leasing and financing (most places do not care to help you.) I ended up leasing a brand new car (4/7/16.) Gerri was great, she did not just sell me a car, but she sold me the service, and even gave me her cell in case I ever have questions. I was lucky to have such a great experience. I also met some other staff members, and they were friendly (not like other places who do not care about you if they are not your salesman) they were all so very helpful. I will keep coming back here and recommend that others do the same. Gerri and Northside Toyota, if you read this...THANK YOU!!!
