I bought a 2009 New Beetle which I thought at the time an ok deal. I live out of state so was told they would not cover any troubles with the car once it crossed state line. The car seemed sound with low mileage so I took it home to Wisconsin. The next morning the the check engine light came on. I through my OB2 analyzer on and up came a P2181 code indicating a cooling system problem. Plus 2 misfires on Cylinder 1 and 3. So reset the codes and drove for another 2 days before the light came back on. The dealer reset the code just to get me home!!! The misfires were an easy fix...new plugs and ignition coils took care of it. But that was 130 dollars later. The cooling system will need a new Thermostat and sensor. Together that was 50 bucks and will take me a day to fix. Its a big job just getting to the thermostat housing! The 2 codes had been there long before I bought the car. The salesman hinted that beetles have a sensor problem . knowing full well that the codes would return within a day or two. I hate dishonest dealers and the world is full of them!!! More

I bought a car from them a couple weeks ago, only because I desperately needed a car. The car’s price was $400 more than it was worth according to 3 auto websites. The glove box was broken, one window doesn’t roll down, there was damage to the side mirror and lower front. the brakes needed to be done and the car sways when I drive over bumps. the owner would not negotiate the price, and was very rude and short with me. if I had more time to look for a car I would’ve gone somewhere else. do not buy a car from here. I bought my car from Arslan and he’s very upfront. I bought a 99 E class and he told me everything upfront of what it would need. Even on a 20 year old car he was being very transparent with me and didn bought a 99 E class and he told me everything upfront of what it would need. I wish they were more honest about their cars (I've posted a longer detailed version of this review on Google) The dealer (Arslan) wasn't very honest as he seemed to be. I bought a 2003 Subaru Le (I've posted a longer detailed version of this review on Google) The dealer (Arslan) wasn't very honest as he seemed to be. I bought a 2003 Subaru Legacy from them and after three weeks of normal highway driving, it overheated. I took it to the mechanic and told me the head gasket is blown, but it's not worth fixing because the engine is worn out and better be replaced. Arslan told me the HG was replaced, but he didn't mention that it was replaced in 2008 during the sale and also didn't mention anything about the worn-out engine. I'm no mechanic, but I asked him why the engine noise is so loud, he told me that that's how Subaru engines sound like. During the test drive, I asked him why the car is leaning to the right and asked if it's an alignment issue, he said that the street we're driving on is slightly slanted which makes the car lean to the right. But that wasn't true, the car had front suspension/alignment issues. In short, I discourage buyers from buying from this dealer. More
