Too good to be true: Be careful, this place taught me a lesson to always hire a professional to inspect a vehicle for you. I purchased a 1/2 ton truck here months ago. Before I tell my story, just realiz lesson to always hire a professional to inspect a vehicle for you. I purchased a 1/2 ton truck here months ago. Before I tell my story, just realize that their 4.5 plus Star rating on here is not authentic/genuine. Read other negative reviews on here. This place will ask to start the "review" process before you even take the vehicle home. Unless they've changed their ways. How are you supposed to give a real rating if you haven't left yet. Don't let them touch your phone. I took a good test drive and looked around and under the vehicle but I'm no mechanic. I took it to a shop to get an inspection and they said it was fine, I couldn't believe them as I knew the truck had a slow tire leak and the power steering fluid was low. Came to find out their lift pushed a hole in the rusted frame. I then took it to a dealer to get a recall done that this place neglected to get done, a safety airbag recall(a recall that states metal shrapnel could cause injury or death). The dealership wouldn't even inspect it said it was too rusty on the frame to lift it, all they did was the recall and gave it back to me with a note "be careful driving home" So I had to hire a welder to inspect and repair. He advised aside from the rust hole, there was cracks along the frame as well and a cross member behind the gas tank was totally rotted out that you couldn't see. That was $2,000 for that repair. I've had a check engine light, problem filling the tank with out it clicking off at the pump every 5 seconds, and a random slow starting issue along with an exhaust leak. I took it to a local mechanic and was advised the front and rear brakes are at 10% and a bearing needs to be replace but its so rusted it might cause extra labor. This truck looked good on the outside but for only being 14yrs old its quite the lemon, not even the 'stealership' would look at, and you know dealerships are itching to take your money so that should say something about the 'quality' of cars this place can sell. No I did not contact this place at all to try and get help as I am still completely outraged and furious they would sell a truck like this to the public. I can't talk to them or I'll likely have a heart attack. The truck is now at its 4th shop trying to get some repairs done. I've hardly been able to drive it due to the rust and other issues. Please make sure if the vehicle has been sitting, or you think the price is too good to be true, run. Beware this place probably sells some okay vehicles but in-between you might get a lemon like I did and be out thousands. Best of luck everyone. More
