I'm about 600 miles outside of Chicago and found their newly listed 2022 Tesla Model X Plaid on their website. Pics were out of this world, such amazing attention to detail and put my mind at ease. I called Chris Moran, had a terrific conversation and he put my mind at ease about how the transaction works. I had to admit, I felt like Chris was putting me on about getting the transaction done so quickly and so smoothly. I agreed to buy the car, they sent me final paperwork via email, I signed and wired my funds and the purchase was completed within 4 hours...without me ever leaving my office. Chris worked via phone and text to communicate every step, and was able to book shipping the same day! My Tesla was picked up for delivery...again, the SAME DAY! The following day before noon, I was able to take my new 2022 Tesla Model X Plaid over to the Tesla dealer to cancel my order.
