Mike Simon helped me purchasing in purchasing a 82 Ferrari 308 at Chicago Motor Cars . When they were preparing it prior to shipping it to me they found a major problem and Mike recomended mme not ge Ferrari 308 at Chicago Motor Cars . When they were preparing it prior to shipping it to me they found a major problem and Mike recomended mme not getting it. Mike then found an identical one at another dealer which was shipped directly to me from that other dealer. When it arrived I found two problems: worn tires and clutch. I was a little woried but Mike sent me enough funds to buy four new top of the line Michelin Tires and to have a new clutch instaled. I now have a great running red 308 with complete 30,000 mile service records. More

Walking into a high-end dealership with the purpose of buying one of their least expensive models, a Ford Mustang GT, can be a little intimidating. We didn't expect much. Were we ever surprised! We were t buying one of their least expensive models, a Ford Mustang GT, can be a little intimidating. We didn't expect much. Were we ever surprised! We were treated very well indeed. There was no hesitation to let us test-drive the car and the salesman, Jose, was attentive without being pushy or, as we'd anticipated, dismissive. He noticed my husband walking the dogs around outside and welcomed them inside with enthusiasm. We chose to go through them for financing thanks to a highly competitive low interest rate. The whole time our dogs were as well treated as we were, with water and food being brought to them. Several employees stopped to discuss our dogs and our vehicle purchase with enthusiasm. They all had something to add about the vehicle, or a personal story about another similar car. You can tell these guys are passionate about cars. One minor repair was included as a condition of purchase, and we were contacted the next day to see how we liked the car and to set up a time to bring it in. At time of writing it the repair has already been made. We will definitely return when we're ready for another purchase. More

I thought they were very fair on the price so I agreed to purchase the vehicle and have it shipped. Their shipping charge to Des Moines from Chicago was very reasonable and the transport driver was courteous and careful with my new acquisition. Upon inspection the next morning I found a few wear items that I thought were not fully disclosed in our negotiations. Zoran and Parin, the owner of Chicago Motor Cars, stepped in to remedy the items in question at their expense. They also did it in a timely manner so I could enjoy the vehicle as if I purchased it new. These guys were extremely pleasant to do business with and I look forward to purchasing more vehicles from them in the future. Their website (and dealership) is a cornucopia for anyone that loves nice cars. They have about every make and model and thanks to technology will probably be doing much more business in other states via the internet and their commitment to superb customer service. More

I had been looking all over country for a low millage and reasonably priced ford gt. I spoke with Parin Shah about a vehicle he had offered for sale and we struck a deal for him to sell me his car and ta reasonably priced ford gt. Initially I indicated I could be there in few days and he agreed to hold car. My plans got pushed back for 10 days and without a deposit he held car for two weeks. When I arrived in Chicago he had me picked up and taken to his show room. His show room was filled with many high end cars. I inspected the car with no pressure to finalize the transaction. After I completed the inspection ,we finalized paper work , then he took me to lunch , arranged for car to be shipped to east coast and drove me to town. I have since recommended him to two of my friends I would always consider buying a high end car form Chicago motor cars and Parin Shah. More
