For background purposes, I am physician and I needed to purchase a car for travel back and forth from work. Prior to my purchase, I did the necessary background research about the car, its history and the other options in the area. Upon arrival, I was meet pleasantly and allowed to view the car without pressure. Only after my request, I was given the keys for a test drive, and when I returned, I was offer a place to park the car in the service area so that I might take a better look at it. As someone with a fairly extensive car background, I sincerely appreciated this. I went through the car for almost two hours. I was given a copy of the service records since the car had been brought to the dealer, and most of all, the dealer/Jose was very knowledgeable about the make and model. As this isn't a dedicated Audi dealer, I was impressed by this. The car turned out to be better than was advertised and priced very competitively in comparison to what was available on the market. Again, I did a fairly extensive amount of research before this purchase. After all of this, I still wanted a bit of time to consider the purchase. I received absolutely no pressure when I said "I was going to leave and think it over for a little while". I left, had lunch and returned to buy the car. A week after I got it home, one of the LED reverse lights went out. The dealer has ordered this for me, and Jose has been in contact several times to give me status updates about its availability. My reasons for this fairly lengthy review is that I am a car person, and anyone who has purchased a car or two in their lives realizes the stress that is associated with looking at them. I found none of this at dealer, and I would recommend it to a friend. Jose and the rest of the staff were completely professional. Unique dealer, great service I was looking for a Ford F-150 Platinum for a long time and wasn't able to find what I wanted. After several months of research and several visits to I was looking for a Ford F-150 Platinum for a long time and wasn't able to find what I wanted. After several months of research and several visits to different dealerships we came across Chicago Motor. Automatically, I liked that they where on point with the knowledge and their customer service skills. This dealer has the most unique vehicles and are in almost if not perfect condition. Most importantly, the types of cars they have are what people are looking for. Sometime when you visit a dealership people are quick to judge and assume if your appearance isn't an "a" then they don't take you serious but not here. They were very welcoming and friendly. We had our reserves at first coming into Chicago Motor Cars, as they mostly have pre-driven luxury cars. As it turns out, we were greeted by the friendliest sales staff, (Jose and Ronny) who showed us a few cars in our price range. We didn't buy that day but returned a week later and thankfully they still had our Sentra. It was a pleasant change to walk around a showroom viewing cars worth so much money and not be hounded by a sales person. Well, we plan to go back for all our automotive purchases. This could have been a logistical nightmare but Chicago Motor Car staff covered all the bases for me. Geno Dobleman is THE MAN! My parents drove in from Michigan to test drive the car and he introduced himself the moment they arrived with "You must be Rob's parents". After being taken to a certified mechanic a couple minor issues were discovered (automatic tail gate didn't work). Geno had the car taken to a local BMW dealership to get fixed before being shipped up to Alaska. I was concerned that I would not get as attentive service after the wire transfer went through but this was not the case. They went beyond what would be expected of them and Geno personally kept me up to date with every event all the way up to the pickup by the shipping company.
