The sales process was good and once we signed the paperwork it was completely downhill. They are extremely unorganized in numerous ways. First, the car was being delivered and we couldn't get anyone to tell us when we could expect the car. We didn't expect to have it overnight but we did expect to know when it would leave there and approximate date to arrive to us. It took 2 weeks for us to get this answer, after we signed the paperwork and the answer came from the company delivering the car. But that was just the beginning. Once we got the vehicle we could NOT get anyone to actually process the paperwork so we could register the car. It took multiple phone calls, emails and talking to a total of 4 people for 3 months. So technically we owned the vehicle for 3 1/2 months before it was registered. They did pay the fine for the delay, since it was 100% their fault. I have to say I've never seen a company of their size as unorganized. They have nice cars, we're completely happy with the car but just know what you're getting yourself into if you decide to do business with them. We won't be going back to them again. More

Evan made a great first impression when I called about the car; he represented it accurately, didn't sugar-coat anything, and didn't waste a second when I made a fair offer. He and CMC also helped with coordinating minor pre-purchase service and before the car got on the carrier I felt confident I was getting a very good deal on a classic-in-the-making. He even went the extra mile to track down the original Owner's Manual, which somehow got free from the car before it went out for delivery. Throughout, Evan described his approach to customer relationships as the subject line of this review -good conversation between enthusiasts - and that rang true. I recommend Evan (and CMC) without hesitation. As long as you know what to expect from the car you're looking at beforehand (they can't work miracles and change the fickle mechanical nature of many exotics), you'll be happy with how they treat you.
