Evan was and is an excellent team player from the start, He kept me informed along the process and dealt with me every time I called unless he was sleeping :-) All issues or concerns I had were handled at a fast NY pace and would include video documentation without prompt once correct or verified from Evan. Evan went above and behind including added perks and some CMC swag. Evan and the team are an example for many to follow. The process took about a week only because the car was shipped to my front door From Chicago to NY. The Chicago Motor Cars team ( Evan & Sam) sent me overnight paperwork and worked so fast that I was able to leave for my Honeymoon and have the car delivered while I was away. one word Outstanding, I can't wait to work with Evan on the next deal, After my purchase, Evan is more of a partner and friend, he is a great man to know! I live in the Chicago-land area and had the luxury of visiting the showroom where I met Evan. Right from the beginning he was approachable, friendly (but not in an awkward way) and prepared. I had called ahead and he had the vehicle ready for me check out. No pressure. Extremely knowledgeable about the truck I was there to see as well as every other vehicle in the building. I didn't buy that day. He was committed to helping anyway possible. We stayed connected and because of his sincerity I decided to give them a crack at the financing. They beat the rate from my long time institution. They had the paper work ready to go when I pulled the trigger. In and out in a flash including the plates. Wow!
