I purchased a 2005 Lexus GX470 from this "dealership" on eBay. I flew to Chicago from Charlotte to pick it up. Upon arriving home I bought floor mats for it and took it in for service. This was the smoothest buying experience we have ever had when it comes to buying a car. The information on the website was very complete including a large number of photos of the car. Even a small scratch on the driver's door was called out and photographed. When we arrived, we were greeted by Mark and then shown the car -- which was exactly as advertised. Mark told us in advance that the car had been serviced and that several mechanical repairs were done. Mark readily shared with us the invoice for those repairs. The paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently and we had a chance to watch a few minutes of Gold Finger while we waited. The owner's manual and navigation disk were missing from the car but Mark obtained these items and sent them to us just as he promised he would. Car buying is not always pleasant, but purchasing this car was a very enjoyable experience. More

From the intial response from an email I left to the delivery of the car I was very impressed. They are very prompt with communication and follow up!
