Stay away from this dealer. I went there to check out a Porsche, it was 2 thousand miles more than advertised. When i asked the sales man about it, he became defensive and rude. Starting legal action Purchased a Maserati out of state from Chicago Auto Place in May 2020. As of mid July 2020 the title has not been transferred in violation of Illinoi Purchased a Maserati out of state from Chicago Auto Place in May 2020. As of mid July 2020 the title has not been transferred in violation of Illinois law. The paperwork was inaccurate as they do not have expertise to process sales. The manager works from home and cannot be reached by staff. Finance staff do not have voicemail and will not return calls. The car was delivered damaged ($1,00 repair cost) and with absolutely no gasoline. (Ran out of fuel on the 2 mile trip to the gas station.) The 2nd key was never delivered after repeated requests. The temporary license expired and I can no longer drive the car. I am now initiating legal proceeding with the Secretary of State Police to force title transfer and will be taking further legal action to gain the key and reimbursement for repairs. More
