I found my Charger on CarGurus.com and as soon as I saw it I sent a request for more information. Ricky responded within an hour and the rest is history. He kept in touch and answered all of my questions without delay. A week and a half later I was in the dealership and drove away in my dream car. Talk about a clean facility…not a speck of dirt could be seen. If I could rate Chicago Auto Place higher than 5 stars I would. I have told all my friends to check the inventory here if they are ever shopping for high end cars. Well done to everyone who works there. More

Found my dream car online and Chicago Auto Place was super easy to work with. They went beyond in making me happy by providing me the extra key that they didn't have when I purchased the vehicle. They also sent me, by mail with the key the manual that got lost somehow when I left their place. I would give them 4.5 rating. Only issue I have is that they did NOT negotiate lower price of the car, therefore the .5 points off. The whole place is state of the art, along with all their vehicles. I would recommend this place to anyone if you're looking for top notch cars. I will definitely buy there again. Hoping they'll give me a break on a price. Thank you Chicago Auto Place.
