Great experience overall. The whole experience was easy and quick. From shopping online, having all the info at my fingertips to having a huge selection of great cars. The atmosphere and cleanliness of the showroom and offices made us feel comfortable and confident in our purchase. The whole staff was friendly, especially Nelly Marchan, who made the final steps of closing the deal (paperwork) quick and painless. A big shout out to our salesman Will Perfetti for taking care of us from the beginning to the end. I would definitely buy another car here and recommend anyone looking for a car to check them out. They sold me a broken car After 4 days of buying my Range Rover the suspension light went on. I took it to the land Rover and they inspected the car and gave me a quote for $10 After 4 days of buying my Range Rover the suspension light went on. I took it to the land Rover and they inspected the car and gave me a quote for $10,800 in repairs...one of the critical problems is that the suspension is broken, among 5 other things..I took it back to Chicago Auto Place and they said they would have fix it. 3 weeks later they called me saying the car was fixed. 5 days later the light went on again. I called and no answer. I took it to Land Rover again and they did another inspection(each inspection is $232 by the way), they confirmed to me that the car suspension was still broken, what was changed was the two front stabilizer bars, which made the stability for the car better, therefore the sensor for the suspension less sensitive. But the car was in critical need of a repair. Now no one responds to me, and I have to pay for the rapair of my "new car" More

Karim M. helped us through the entire process and was the main reason our experience was so positive. No pressure or questionable behaviour. Nothing but a genuine interest in making sure we were comfortable with a purchase and very patient with our concerns. The Honda Pilot we found with them had more extras than we we needed, but a nice bonus, and our third-party mechanical review confirmed the great condition of the older vehicle. The car reports also provided positive insight. There was a broken 2nd row seatbelt that we expected we might have to repair on our own, but Karim surprised us with a last minute replacement part discovery and had that repaired after we had already agreed to purchase. Nelly M. was a real pro with all the paperwork, making that process as efficient as possible and even proactively answering questions about what I was signing. They have a ton of cars. Go see Karim! I don't make a habit of a making a "thumbs-up" in photos, so that says a lot about our experience. ;) More

Unethical Dealer Their salesman if full of lies, once their dumped their problem cars out of their door, they will not respond you and will reject all of your request, Their salesman if full of lies, once their dumped their problem cars out of their door, they will not respond you and will reject all of your request, none stop kicking xxxxx, unmannerly managing team who will hang up on you and tell you to sue them and stop calling them for car problems. The car received is a totally different as their salesman described, tons of defects and scratches. WALK AWAY FROM THIS DEALER, check on their BBB rating and you will see all the cased opened there, DO NOT BELIEVE their false advertisements especially of what their salesman said about the perfect conditions. This was the first vehicle that I have ever bought online and I have to say that dealing with Robert and the administrative staff with CHICAGO AUTO PLACE was awesome. Robert was honest and accurate with the description and integrity of the truck he offered to sell me. He sent detailed pictures and videos of the truck which ultimately matched his description when the truck arrived at my front door. Robert Weinberg spoke to me kindly and professionally,,,,taking all my questions and concerns seriously. He treated me with respect and delivered 100% on his word. I would highly recommend that if you see any vehicle on this website that whatever they tell you is on time and accurate and if you feel comfortable with what you see is what you are going to get.
