Horrible experience My wife and I had the worst experience. We went there to buy a white BMW X3 2014 and turned out the car had issues which im sure it is still there. Ch My wife and I had the worst experience. We went there to buy a white BMW X3 2014 and turned out the car had issues which im sure it is still there. Check engine light went on for the all wheel drive and also for a radiator issue. The sales girl said that they will take care of it and they took it to the back so the mechanic can look at it and all he did was just turned off the check engine light. Literally. Then the same girl tells us that in order to proceed we needed to put a down payment to proceed with the contract process. Justyna Blicharska did the contract and said that the company that was giving the loan wouldnt accept the loan unless we got a Warranty for the engine and transmission (which i found out through illinois attorney general Lisa Madigan website under the section of consumer guide that this was a complete lie she basically lied about that in order to rack up her commission) everyone should look at this link because im very sure they did many of the things on there to the people on here that gave their bad reviews. They are very polite but 2 faced as they only want you to sign your name on the contract after that the car is yours with issues and everything that comes with it. So we basically didnt end up with a car loan and Justyna Blicharska held our deposit until we made a claim on them on this site (illinois attorney general dot gov) and by doing so after 2 months they had to pay us the money back. Justynas last words when we were leaving the dealer was "get your lawyer to talk to my lawyer, oh and expect a receipt". Horrible people. Please be careful what you sign with these people they really just want your money nothing about your interest or even "take care of you" More
