I came back after the holidays and we were able to spend some time working out a good deal on the car. They have some really sharp cars there. I've been staying away from dealerships for the last 24 years and I would be glad to work with Rob again in the future. If you do nothing else stop by the showroom, they have an amazing car selection with cars you often never get to see. It will be worth the trip. More

Don't Believe them! They are Scam I tried finance a car with Chicago Auto Place, they asked a 500$ advance so they can start working on my finance. Unfortunately i haven't been approve I tried finance a car with Chicago Auto Place, they asked a 500$ advance so they can start working on my finance. Unfortunately i haven't been approved for finance, i asked them to refund me my 500$ witch they told me is refundable, even in the recipe i got is written that this money are refundable. I transfer them the money on 30-Oct-2019 now it's already 03-Dec-2019 and haven't received money and they don't even answer my question when they will send money. Please ignore this Dealer Ship , they are Scam. Don't believe them and don't transfer them this 500$. More

Dishonest I purchased my car via the internet and phone conversations without actually seeing it in person prior to purchase. The car was just as described. No problem with the actual car, the problem came when I was promised by my salesman on a a phone conversation and an actual email sent to me, and by the manager, that there were two keys for the car. When the car was delivered, there was only one key! After several phone calls and emails to both my salesman and the manager, and after several promises from both, it is now two years later and still no second key. I have purchased several high end cars in my life and was never treated so shabbily. I would never purchase another car from them...EVER! More

He has raised the bar on what I expect from a sales associate in the future. He treated me with respect and dignity and made sure I left with a smile on my face. I was never hassled or given the run around. Robert is a credit to the dealership and from a personal standpoint, earned all my respect. He made sure I understood all the paperwork I was signing and even explained certain laws that were to my benefit that I didn't know about. I appreciate the honesty, the integrity and the respect! I'll definitely be looking at this dealership for any future purchases and hopefully Robert will still be there! More
