The customer service I received at this dealership was atrocious! I have a 2021 Silverado with the “chevy shake”…bad transmission. I was told my vehicle would be fixed at no cost and 10 minutes later they called me back and quoted me 4 different prices on 4 different occasions. 1. The added charge for testing the battery was not revealed to me. 2. My car was turned over to me with tire monitoring malfunction which it did not have before the tire rotation. He, in turn, contacted the tech and he revealed that it was the rear tire sensors that were missing or bad. I am wondering if they were damaged during the tire rotation and I had to pay for that mistake. Also, I am wondering why the issue wasn't given to me before the vehicle was turned over to me as completed. 3. Wade Joseph gave me an estimate of repairs for the tire monitoring system which was $78.86 per sensor plus labor. Wow! More
