1. The added charge for testing the battery was not revealed to me. 2. My car was turned over to me with tire monitoring malfunction which it did not have before the tire rotation. I had to bring it to the attention of the service representative Wade Joseph before departing the service area. He, in turn, contacted the tech and he revealed that it was the rear tire sensors that were missing or bad. I am wondering if they were damaged during the tire rotation and I had to pay for that mistake. Also, I am wondering why the issue wasn't given to me before the vehicle was turned over to me as completed. 3. Wade Joseph gave me an estimate of repairs for the tire monitoring system which was $78.86 per sensor plus labor. Wow! More
