Great car buying experience While I typically don’t write many online reviews, I wanted to write this one to give credit to Rafat and his team at The Chevy Exchange. The vehicl While I typically don’t write many online reviews, I wanted to write this one to give credit to Rafat and his team at The Chevy Exchange. The vehicle I was looking for was very specific and finding a dealership with the right inventory was challenging. I had almost settled on another vehicle at another dealership, but I checked with the Chevy Exchange. Not only did they deliver me the exact vehicle I was looking for with every feature I wanted, but they gave me a screaming deal on it. In addition, they offered top dollar for my trade-in (beating CarMax, and 4 other dealerships, 2 of which were Chevy dealerships). I traveled from the far south suburbs to buy up North at the Chevy Exchange and they made it well worth my while. I worked with Rafat and Baha and they could not have been more ethical, professional, and easy to do business with. They also helped me get acquainted with the vehicle, settings, OnStar, some of the new bells and whistles, etc. I will buy from them again! Highly recommend! More
