We leased a new car. This is the third car we have leased from Chevy Exchange, and we would not think of going anywhere else. Everyone in all departments is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They care for their customers like they would care for their families. Service is superior! We can't say enough about Danny Trujillo. He is the best of the best!! We has helped us when we leased all three of our cars. He listens carefully to our needs and wants and does his very best to find us the car that is right for us and that we will love. In addition, he goes above and beyond to help us (two senior citizens) set up the bells and whistles in our car. Yesterday he helped us set up our navigation system, favorite radio stations, our seat and mirror positions, and paired my cell phone to the car. He suggested things to set up and showed us how to do things in the car that we would never have thought of. He also took much time helping us install the myChevrolet app into my iPhone and explained how to use it. He told us about using points to cover an extra oil change. He is an excellent, patient teacher. We were there for five hours. Even though Danny had to take care of a few other matters while we were there, we always felt like he was giving us all of his attention and never felt rushed. He always had a smile on his face. It's obvious Danny loves his job and loves helping people. Thanks you so much for everything, Danny! More

Upon picking up the new vehicle, Danny was able to get the parts in for the additions we added to the vehicle and had the shop install according to my time schedule, a great departure from other services we have received from others. He walked thru the features of the vehicle quickly and efficiently, took the time to answer all questions and even made a follow-up call to see if I was happy so far with the purchase. One of the good guys, honest, fair and easy to deal with. All attributes from a customer viewpoint that are important to doing a deal and coming back for the next one. Only reason for the good vs. excellent rating was due to the amount of time to get the paperwork finalized after the deal was stuck, which was done quickly. Some issues with the truck being in a company name, I don't believe it was the fault of any of the employees, but made for a very long "check out" time. More
