Very friendly car buying experience! (Update) I had a great car buying experience at Chevrolet Exchange on 10/12/19. I was able to come to a financing agreement on a 2018 Chevy Cruze RS that was i I had a great car buying experience at Chevrolet Exchange on 10/12/19. I was able to come to a financing agreement on a 2018 Chevy Cruze RS that was in great condition. The Chevy Exchange personnel were very informative on the vehicle and additional services that they offer such as warranties, accessories, etc. I was able to test drive other vehicles before making my final decision to make sure I was satisfied. Unlike a previous dealership I visited earlier, getting help took forever and staff was very rude and arrogant. -Update- Very bad customer service. I am still waiting on plastic trim clips that I was supposed to receive nearly a month ago, but nothing yet. The salesman who helped me with my vehicle purchase assisted me with the parts I requested, but has not followed up with any information in regards to this. I can't believe something as simple as plastic hardware is unobtainable. Will need to visit a different dealership. More

We’ve felt with Chevy Exchange for 4 years now . The first time was when we leased the 2016 Equinox. Now we have the 2010 Equinox.
