I factory ordered a new Camaro from the Chevy Exchange. Right from the beginning Viviana Quinto made it a painless process. She was able to answer all my questions and after a few emails and a phone call, I was able to quickly put my order in and pay a deposit the same day without even having to come in to the dealership, which was much appreciated. Viviana provided me several updates through out the build process, such as when the order was accepted by Chevrolet and the scheduled production week. When I came in to take care of the paperwork Viviana had everything ready to go. Rafat Alamawi and Rob Johns also stopped by to make sure everything was to my expectations and offer if they could do anything else to help. As I went through the paperwork, Baha Assaf was patient in answering my questions about each form that I was signing. Viviana let me know the moment the car was delivered with a picture and was in constant contact about the progress and when I could pick it up. I had a few special requests and she made sure the car was prepped just how I wanted it. When I picked the car up, she helped me setup OnStar and answered my few last questions.
