Some employees are not as helpful as others. I was told I'd be contacted once service was done but that didn't happen. I had to call thrice 7 hours later to get the Service Rep to confirm my car I was told I'd be contacted once service was done but that didn't happen. I had to call thrice 7 hours later to get the Service Rep to confirm my car was ready for pick-up. When I got there, I stood there till someone different from 'my' service rep acknowledged me and gave me my paperwork to sign. Later he mentioned the Service Rep I had originally selected had to leave earlier in the day. The service I've received in the past from the Service Rep I initially selected was stellar, and there was a stark difference from the replacement. More

The technician inspected my car with details and found out many small and big problems with quotes. Based on his suggestion I ordered rear brake pads and rotors replacement service with brake fluid and d out many small and big problems with quotes.
