Very positive experience. I dealt with Chad Dorfman, first via email. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. I then visited the store, where Chad spent lots of time with us, showing us a varie first via email. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. I then visited the store, where Chad spent lots of time with us, showing us a variety of different cars, colors, styles etc. We did not feel pressured or rushed at all, and Chad was very helpful and straightforward. There was very little "selling" going on. He was simply there to help and provide information. It was a quick, easy, and pleasant experience, and I have the sense that Chevy Chase Acura will do great work and provide great service on a going-forward basis. They seem eager -- in a low-key way -- to keep customers happy in order to get repeat business and referrals. More

I dealt primarily with Colin Kahn in the recent purchase of my 2010 MDX. While purchasing a new vehicle can be a frustrating event, I found Colin to be extremely helpful, a pleasure to work with, and very of my 2010 MDX. I conducted much of my negotiations with Colin regarding purchase price via e-mail and was pleasantly surprised with his extremely responsive, informative and no-nonsense approach. When it came time to negotiate, my initial sales, Peter, was busy but arranged for an easy transition to another sales person, Phil, so that I wouldn't have to wait. Negotiations were easy, the pricing was fair, and while I was offered the opportunity to purchase additional warranties, paint protectant, and similar items, very little time was spent discussing these once I said that I wasn't interested. When the time came to pick up the car, the sales person did a great job of introducing me to the various electronic features. I also appreciate the location in downtown Bethesda near Metro. More

I had an excellent experience dealing with Chevy Chase Acura. I had some reservations buying a new car, as I've had poor experiences in the past, even when using car pricing services which fixed most of t Acura. I had some reservations buying a new car, as I've had poor experiences in the past, even when using car pricing services which fixed most of the associated costs of buying. I had driven the 2010 TL at another dealer, but then went to obtain internet quotes from other dealers in the DC metro area. Chevy Chase was the only dealer who actually gave me a quote, all the other dealers insisted that I come in, making the internet quote not a means of seeing what pricing was available, but instead a sales lead for these dealers. I met Jaymes Snyder at the dealership, he gave me a test drive of the car and demonstrated the different features. I told him that I would be buying a car soon, but would not be buying that day. He again went over the pricing which was exactly what was quoted to me. He also explained the different incentives built in, including a factory to dealer incentive which they were passing on to the buyer. There was no high pressure salesmanship in his approach. After visiting the previous dealer and getting the high pressure sales pitch, then the back and forth to the manager, I was struck by the contrast in sales styles. The pricing came out to be a thousand less at Chevy Chase than what the other dealer offered. I had asked for a slightly different color than what was on the lot, and Jaymes had his dealership try to locate the precise color I wanted, but when we discussed further, they gave a cash incentive to take the one on the lot and I did that. We kept them late at the dealership that night, as with all the Christmas shopping traffic around Tysons, it took us until 8:40 to get to Chevy Chase, but they got us the car, processed the paperwork, and got us out around 10 (they close at 9). This was the most stress free car buying experience I've had. More
