Car buying experience was great, of course as they want to sell a car, but when we need service…we’ll it’s been a mess to say the least. Let’s first start off by asking the managers to hire a receptionist to sell a car, but when we need service…we’ll it’s been a mess to say the least. Let’s first start off by asking the managers to hire a receptionist or get someone to answer the service departments phone calls. Should not have to call for an hour straight to just speak with someone to find out where they are as my car was to be picked up for service and it’s still sitting here. More

I had an appointment for an oil change on September 10, 2021. My experience was great. I I arrived later, than my scheduled appointment time. The representatives serviced my vehicle and escorted me to the 2021. My experience was great. I I arrived later, than my scheduled appointment time. The representatives serviced my vehicle and escorted me to the lounge. I was able to relax and get refreshments. I stayed for about an hour and the service was excellent! They surprised me with a car wash!!! I could not ask for better customer service! Thank you! More
