Unfortunately have to type the truth I’m an out of state buyer. Decided to buy a Porsche 911 Turbo S. A car worth well over 100K. The two sales guys Chad & Bryan were great. The rest of the purchase was practically an exhausting and EXPENSIVE nightmare. They wouldnt accept a business check that wasn’t signed in front of them. Had to fly out the first time to sign paper works. The second time to pay them in person because they can’t even accept card over the phone due to “charges” of the amount which should never be the customers problem. The Porsche I bought I realized needs an oil change. Back tires are BALD. I am an Instagram Influencer and a YouTuber. I will say the least that the manager wasn’t very friendly and is very money hungry. Finance guy was complicated at first but he apologized. I’ve never in my entire life had ever such a bad experience buying a car this expensive before with a dealership. I will make sure to let everyone I know in Ohio and across the states to not shop from this dealership. I’m quite honestly still extremely disappointed with how this whole thing played out. I now have to pay out of pocket for wheels and an oil change. I will be letting my followers and other fans know of this horrible experience and I might even call corporate. As of the sales men they were nice. Gave me rides from the airport to the dealership. Otherwise everything else sucked ***. :-) More

Poor Communication and Lack of Concern I asked my salesperson multiple times about doing a carfax review on the vehicle and he continued to tell me it had no recalls on my vehicle. He said I asked my salesperson multiple times about doing a carfax review on the vehicle and he continued to tell me it had no recalls on my vehicle. He said he had the most up to date report. But upon doing my own research I found he was wrong. There were in fact 2 recalls on my vehicle. The second thing I asked him to do was find out when the vehicle was last inspected and to have the shop do an inspection of all routine maintenance part so I could be prepared for any upcoming services that might be necessary. He failed to do that, and when I reached out to him to get a copy of the bill of sale and made it very clear how important the paperwork was, he said he would send it to me that day and never did. He actually cost me my sales tax reimbursement because of this. He was very pushy about doing this survey. Numerous times he stepped outside to smoke leaving me sitting at his desk when I had other questions. He continued to mention a different car even after I made it very clear I came to see only one car nothing more. I would never go back after this experience. More
