Agreed on a date and time however we walked in to them selling the vehicle to another couple. We were strung along for an hour (as a back up purchaser) while the other party worked to obtain financing. We were there as agreed, had a check in hand for the purchase in full, and even had the vehicle insured. After the fact we were told they do not "Hold Vehicles". We were NEVER TOLD that they did not hold a vehicle as we agreed on a date and time to arrive for our purchase. We would have even given a down payment to hold the vehicle if asked. We were scoffed at and told that people dont follow through and show up sometimes. Sad you cannot trust people, but we follow through witih what we say. The salesman (Kyle) even checked in with us when we were at our hotel to confirm we were coming. THEY KNEW WE WERE COMING! We stopped at other dealers as we left OHIO and were told that they hold cars for people "all the time" and that this dealership was just BAD BUSSINESS. Stay away from a dealership that does not trust you..."Projection at its best"...I suppose in reality they dont even trust themselves. Very disappointed in Chevrolet of Wooster Ohio. Kyle, you should find a job with a dealership with "common sense" policies and integrity. More

Driving hundreds of miles for nothing My husband and I drove 4.5 hours from Michigan to look at and potentially buy a used car from here that we were told from this dealership was in “imma My husband and I drove 4.5 hours from Michigan to look at and potentially buy a used car from here that we were told from this dealership was in “immaculate” condition, prior owners took excellent care of it, has brand new tires, and so on. This was reiterated on multiple phone calls from the salesman before we drove the trip to the dealer. The car was nowhere near immaculate condition or what I would even consider to be fair condition. There was obvious rust in the wheel wells, dents all over the car and on top of the car, the tires were clearly old and even cracking. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. We trusted that what we were told over the phone was the truth since it was coming from a dealership and a salesman who remained consistent with his story about the condition of the car on multiple phone calls. No attempt was made to even renegotiate our offer by the salesman. This was by far the worst experience I have had with a dealership. Also let me state that I do not write reviews for anything unless it is absolutely necessary so please be cautious purchasing anything from here. More
I PAYED $26,000 FOR A $16,000 CAR beware. I went in to see a chevy Trax they had advertised for 16,995. Got my loan approve and drove home with my car. Than I started going over the paperwork. They added a bunch of crap to take it from 16.995 to 26.000 and with 9% interest comes to $38.000 so watch these cons. Worse than jd byriter. More

Dealer kept me waiting for (not exaggerating) an hour and a half while he was drafting up other trucks he wanted me to take a look at. 500 a month was what I was looking for and he told me we wouldnt be able to strike a deal on the price of that truck. Told me he wanted me to see this GMC Sierra and when I looked at the price while he was away with his manager it was 33k. Said no bank would finance me for 72 months on the vehicle for 22k. I told him I'm already approved with my bank for the truck I came to see and I just want to see he. He says ok and walks away. 20 minutes later I'm waiting outside, he comes out and says the trucks parked around the side and to go look at it. I ask him if it's the GMC or the Ford I came to see. He says the GMC. My blood was already boiling at this point. Told him I wasn't interested and give me my keys back, I'm leaving. I have a full time job 8-12 hours 7 days a week and am a full time college student. I wasted 4 hours of my time and didnt get to see the truck I came to look at. I've bought cars at dealerships and it didnt even take that long to get in and out. I did my research, had the check for the truck and knew what I wanted. What more could you ask for. If you gave this guy a block if gold and a bag of dog crap he would probably stand there for hours deciding which one to take. The rest of the staff there that I dealt with was great and very nice. Another comment on here says they were joking about disabled veterans. I spent 5 years in the Marine Corps and hope to God that isnt true. I dont know what's wrong with this place but I will never buy a Chevy. Might have something to do with the fact I came to a Chevy dealer to buy a Ford. More

Positive experience from 3yr old to 41 yr old. Upon entering and during our visit we were greeted by many. The atmosphere, although busy, stayed very upbeat throughout the time we were there. There was a nice playroom that was very close to the salesfloor and I felt safe to leave both boys in there while sitting wuth our salesman, Shane. Shane was fast and friendly with the entire family. He did not let the excitement of the new place that a 3 and 5 yr old had bother him. He continued about his job and even spoke with the kids. After our purchase was final and we were taking our belongings out of our old vehicle I didn't realize until quite far from the dealership that I had lost my real diamond earrings. I quickly texted Shane and told him as well as asked if he could look around where our vehicles were. Thankfully he was able to find them and mail them to me. The whole experience from walking thru the door to driving off the lot was an exceptional one. Thanks to Shane and the entire staff that we got to encounter. It was a 5 star dealership and we appreciate everything! More
