The dealership treated me as a new customer and a new car purchaser terribly. I noticed a rattle in the rear of my new 2022 blazer I asked the if they would address. They said yes I can take the vehicle and purchaser terribly. I noticed a rattle in the rear of my new 2022 blazer I asked the if they would address. They said yes I can take the vehicle and bring it back I said ok I brought back they said it would take a few days. I said can I get a loaner they said we don’t do that. I showed great displeasure they reluctantly gave me a used one off the lot. They told me about a week. So I filled the tank with fuel got a call a day later saying it was sold bring it back. My wife did they have her a filthy bronco that wreaked of smoking inside. By the time she got home she had to use an inhaler and lay down. I call again complaining to the Gm. He tried to make it my fault for not telling them we’re allergic to smoke. Still no new blazer this went on for 30 days. With the loaner sitting in my driveway. I called and told them I was picking it up on 10-18-22. I had to wait an hour and it was ready. I wished I could post the pictures I took of when I picked it up. These people are crooks I don't see how they can sleep at night. They sold me a Chevrolet Colorado, haven't even put little over 5,000 miles on it. I got pieces falling off that they glued back on. Had a rear tire fall off which caused the rear axle to bend. This truck is literally falling apart on me. my grandpa, who raised me, and stepbrother were both on their deathbed and I wasn't in the right state of mind and they took advantage of that when I sign the papers. They knew exactly what they were doing and didn't care. If I would have been on the highway when that tire fell off I probably would have been dead right now. IS THAT THE KIND OF PEOPLE Y'ALL WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH? I wish I knew better now I'm stuck with it. More

Seriously the worst experience ever! First, they did 18 hard inquiries on our credit. They then said it was approved. We drove the car for a month before they called and said the finance people backed out. hard inquiries on our credit. They then said it was approved. You know why???....because the idiot finance manager lied and when we wouldn’t lie to the bank to back his lies they wouldn’t finance us. They took a trade in that wasn’t in our name and did some more shady stuff but can’t post here due to the legalities of it. They ended up financing it through someone else and it’s been a big headache from the start. Lesson learned on continuing something with so many red flags. The car has been in their shop 3 times and they didn’t fix anything. They make light of everything and place blame on you. The brakes have been shot since we got it. We’ve had transmission problems, we’ve paid to tow the car, we’ve not been able to drive it for two months because it’s been in and out of mechanics and they never even said the brakes were bad and the cause of vibration we had been complaining about. It’s been a money pit and unreliable and they’ve done absolutely nothing to help and act like they’ve gone above and beyond. The entire place needs to be re trained. Do NOT buy a car from here. Save yourself the heartache like I wish I had. Attorneys will he contacted! Oh the salesman Shawn was the nicest and the only reason we stuck around even though we wished we hadn’t. More

My salesman Dementrius was a GREAT salesman!! He never pressured me about me buying a car and I told him what I wanted and colors I didn't want and got me the color I Loved!!
