Absolutely garbage service center. After two weeks of having my car in their body shop I complained; and then their body shop called me to ASK WHY MY CAR WAS THERE. You've had my vehicle for TWO WEEKS and you don't understand why my vehicle is there? You don't know what to do with it?! What you think this is for decoration?! Unbelievable. Wouldn't trust these fools to change my windshield wiper blades More

My car was so gross on the inside I had a black film on my steering wheel. Thankfully I had some napkins to clean it. They said I needed a bunch of services that were recorded as performed at another dealer. When I questioned it they said well we don’t have a service record so it’s what’s recommended for scheduled maintenance at this mileage. They could have had another customer but I have 0 trust in them now. More
Don't walk, RUN away from this dealership! My company bought a 2017 Ford F150 from this dealership off of the information given on their website and they completely lied to us. We worked with My company bought a 2017 Ford F150 from this dealership off of the information given on their website and they completely lied to us. We worked with Jeremiah Silbernick and I was appalled at the lack of customer service or customer care from him and this dealership. We were not able to look at the truck in person because we were buying it for one of my salesman and we live 300 miles away, so we had to take their word over the phone to the condition of this truck. We were not told that this truck had a small aftermarket lift kit in it and not standard rims and tires. We wired them cash from our corporate bank and my salesman picked up the truck a week later (he drove from Iowa to get it). He called on the way home as he almost got in an accident while driving home due to the truck's rock hard suspension (drove like a lumber wagon) and was very darty. Whenever he'd hit bumps the truck would swerve all over the road. When we asked Jeremiah and the dealership to help us make this truck drive-able they basically told us to "take a hike". When we asked to return the truck and buy a different one they said "No way, you're on your own". We brought the truck back to our company headquarters and had local shop look at it. They said "the alignment is way off, no wonder it drives terribly". So we had them take the aftermarket lift and tires off, and put it back to stock with proper wheel alignment. This cost over $2500. I buy on average 2 half ton trucks a year for my company (for our sales team) because they put on a lot of miles. What dealership sells a truck that is out of alignment and unsafe to drive? Who tells a corporate fleet truck buyer to "take a hike"? Who does not try to take care of a "cash buyer"? By the way, they have a list of BS services that they REQUIRE you to buy in order to get a vehicle. Like "lost key replacement" some stupid "windshield applicatoin". These BS services (if they even did them!) cost another $1200. It's safe to say, I will NEVER give this dealership, of unprofessional "fly by night" crooks, an ounce of my future business! I wish I could give them less then 1 star. Don't walk, run away from this dealer. More
I had a great experience buying a truck here. I would recommend people to deal with Taylor Shelite if they want a good salesman. He made for a better experience with all his knowledge on all the vehicles recommend people to deal with Taylor Shelite if they want a good salesman. I’ve read a lot of good and bad reviews on this dealership and I respect on their own opinions and experiences. It just happened I have a very bad experience on this one. I purchased a 2018 GLA 250 dealership and I respect on their own opinions and experiences. It just happened I have a very bad experience on this one. I purchased a 2018 GLA 250 4matic Mercedes-Benz. When I got there I was passed over to another dealership. He was kind but not honest at all. I drove the car and I noticed that the tires was low and there was no water fluid on my windshield. I asked the dealer and told him why this not working and he said will fix it for you. Their finance guy was rushing me to sign and he said had to go hime coz he needs to take his medicine. How rude for rushing me as his customer. I end up signing the papers and I even ask the dealer that isnit good to go. He said he “everything is good now” but after 3days of been driving the Mercedes-Benz I noticed why my PSI keeps on telling me that my front tire doesn’t have air and my water fluid telling me to check. So I brought it back to chev Wayzata to have them check. They told me everything looks great and working. I insisted it’s not I know there’s something wrong with the tires but they said they check it spray on tires no leak blah blah. I left. I went to the discount tires and there they found a leak on my rims. I was so pissed coz I have to pay for it and Chev Wayzata doesn’t want to deal with me and my car anymore. They just want me to walk away and not their problem. I haven’t started paying my monthly payments yet and they even insisted to help me with my car. They even told me they can’t fix my fluid too because they’re not Mercedes they don’t know how. I’ve been harassed and discriminated in their shop. I was so pissed that they lied to me that every thing was fix. They couldn’t help me. They just care about their sales. BE CAREFUL. Check every xxxx thing when you purchased cars on them. They’re not upfront and honest. Not recommending to anyone to buy card from them. At least on my experience it was pretty bad. Never been treated fairly. More
I took my Audi Q7 for an oil change there the beginning of November and now I can’t open my hood because of a broken latch. It seems as if now the dealership is blowing me off. Somewhere around the 15th I of November and now I can’t open my hood because of a broken latch. It seems as if now the dealership is blowing me off. Somewhere around the 15th I called and told them that I was not able to open my hood because the latch that releases the hood is missing. They told me to bring it in and they will look at it to which I complied and brought it in the same day. The manager Sean that works in services told me he’d have the part in by the end of the week, but of course it didn’t come in. A week later I called and Sean said it would be in, in a few days. And when that time came they told me they ordered the wrong part. Ok!!! Now it’s around 3 or so weeks since I had my oil change and they still are yanking my chain. Today is the 3rd of December and I have yet to hear from them. Although I was a little upset, they should have followed through with the repair. Just to think that this all happened because I use them for oil changes on my other vehicle. Instead of being upfront they told me they’d be able to change the oil no problem and at the end, Mark told me they had to go out and buy this and buy that in order to make this happen. I was lost for words, like why? Had I known I would of not brought it to you. As the conversation went on he told me the oil change was a little more then expected.. somewhere in the tunes of $220. Again, I’m scratching my head. I reminded him that an authorized dealership charges half that. Moral of the story, they will try to pull a fast one on you and they don’t have experience in higher end vehicles and should have been honest with me from the beginning. I still haven’t heard from these guys about the repair and don’t expect to, I’ve accepted my loss and will happily move on.. I will take my leasing and cars to other dealerships, as I am sure people of my kind aren’t accepted there. More
