Found a truck online and inquired about it's availability. Dealership returned quickly with a call at 10am to set up an appointment to view truck. Set it for the following day. At 7:30 pm I get availability. Dealership returned quickly with a call at 10am to set up an appointment to view truck. Set it for the following day. At 7:30 pm I get another call saying they were going to check and make sure it would be available. Then 5 minutes later I get a call saying the truck is not at the dealership but in transit so I can't check it out. Meanwhile being I live 200 miles away I had lined up taking the day off of work and booked a motel room closer already so I could make my 9am appointment. If this is the customer service they provide waiting 9 1/2 hours to tell me the truck isn't there, how can I trust them ever in the future with my business!! More

Visited about 8 weeks ago to get a price on vehicle. They wouldn't provide one and asked for my phone number and they would call me. Didn't hear back and salesman was unavailable when I called so left s They wouldn't provide one and asked for my phone number and they would call me. Didn't hear back and salesman was unavailable when I called so left several messages. Called today and asked for sales manager who apparently was in a meeting so I left my name and number. They asked what I was calling about and I told them I wanted a price on a car I wanted to order today. Was told this would have to be an in person visit via appointment. Well that didn't work so well 8 weeks ago so no.... I called two other local dealers, got prices over the phone from both within 20 minutes and 10 minutes after that I had placed an order for the car Wayzata Chev told me was so hard to get and wouldn't give me a price on. Price I paid was nearly two grand off MSRP on this "hard to get" vehicle. No rude or interupting sales people and no having to beg to buy a car.... More
