From them on nothing went smoothly, I had to make calls to our warranty company when we were told we had to pay for a rental while major repairs were being done, on a different occasion o again had to call warranty company to strengthen out an issue. Service department felt the need to always argue about cost, things that were covered by warranty...just all around not a pleasant experience. More

Excellent sales experience with John I went in to look around and check out the Chevy Tahoe. John walked out and took me look at the big selections of Tahoe’s they had in stock. After looking at the Tahoe’s I hadn’t seen quite what I was looking for, then John suggested I look at the Suburban. Long story short John gave me an incredible buy on a beautiful Suburban. Trade in of previous purchased vehicle I purchased a vehicle from village chev about 1 1/2 ago, i had several warranty issues with it and wanted to trade it in. I was hoping they would wor I purchased a vehicle from village chev about 1 1/2 ago, i had several warranty issues with it and wanted to trade it in. I was hoping they would work with me...Instead i felt horrible when i left, they said i put too many miles on it and they could not work with me. I bought it at around 37,000 and had 87,000. The car is a 2014 and 87,000 is not that much for a 5 year old car. Of course i knew i would take a hit on the trade in but they offered me but it was a lot. I wanted to try to figure it out but i felt like they just kicked me to the curb.I have bought two vehicles from them and had good previous experiences. I also want to say i had an appt at 4:30 and i confirmed it with the salesperson i would be there, he was not there...He Left! Wow! I am very upset with how i was treated tonight. I wont be recommending this dealership any more. More

This is for the several reasons I spoke to “YOU” about on the phone, namely: 1. Our phones in appointment was not on the schedule and everything had to be spelled out again. Your explanation was that “your staff must not have saved it in the computer system”. The information we provided on the phone was very complete and detailed AND even included our VIN! 2. We had asked for a growling noise to be checked out. It was not. A waste of our time! 3. After receiving a voicemail stating the car was ready for pick up, I called back and was told that “she had already picked the car up”. For good reason, I was concerned that our car was stolen. 4. When placed on hold for your staff to find the paperwork, the hold time was so long that the call rang back to the main service number. This was a total cluster! Now, I see on our receipt that “IF WE ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED TO CONTACT STEVE CLARK.....YOUR COMPLETE SATISFACTION IS OUR #1 GOAL!” Well, I would have suggested you start with some form of apology rather than a host of excuses! You did not offer even the simplest of apologies. That should be UOUR first form of courtesy.....ALWAYS!!!! Needless to say, our first (and now only) experience with Village Chev was EXTREMELY poor. Trust me, we will pass THAT word on to friends and family! More

Last trip truck was supposed to be ready on Wednesday, not ready, told it would be Thursday, not done, told Friday, guess what now Monday! Truck is left half put together so I can't even pick it up to take it elsewhere. Took over 2 weeks and numerous calls to even get an appointment set up for the 6th repair. Service department seems extremely under staffed and could care less if they take care of you. More
