Good God! DO NOT GO THERE!!!! The car was bought used in November and it's been nothing but trouble. They promised the tires were new...they weren't . The car flat out wouldn't start a month later and they said it needed a new battery but they wouldn't honor the warranty so I had to buy a new battery --- car died again 2 more times. They kept trying to sell me another $325 battery. Next time the car wouldn't start I had it jumped and drove it to them. They kept it for 2 days and couldn't figure it out --- and the test took 20 minutes and was $200. They decided to drive the car for 2 days and told me that it started every time (so they say.) Finally, I came to pick up the car to take it somewhere else and the car wouldn't start, They refused to jump it and fought me tooth and nail until I finally started screaming. The jump took less than 30 seconds. Plus, when you buy a car, they make you sign a form that basically says I have no repercussions if the car is a lemon. They sure did joke around about how the car wasn't a lemon and it was in perfect shape with new tires, battery, etc. Blah, Blah!! This place is SLIME! More
Terrible terrible terrible. DO NOT GO HERE! Read this! Sad to say that new ownership has negatively hurt this place. I leased my 3rd vehicle from here a few months ago. My previous 2 experiences we this! Sad to say that new ownership has negatively hurt this place. I leased my 3rd vehicle from here a few months ago. My previous 2 experiences were great. This time after having to play BS games with them on the price (somehow they could lower the monthly price over $150 when I was ready to walk away) they told us everything was good to go with our old lease. As part of the deal they were supposed to cover all remaining lease payments on the old lease. About 30 days after the purchase I start getting called daily from GM looking for money on my old lease. After speaking with GM I am informed I owe lease payments still as well as $150 to RESET a check engine light. GM further informs me they are unable to contact the dealership after numerous attempts. I sent an email to the finance person (Aaron) we had been dealing with as well as called the dealership numerous times with no response. A week or more later I was told by the dealership they are unable to speak with GM or the extended warranty company. After weeks of calls and little to no help I was able to speak with the general manager of the dealership. He informed me they were unwilling to do anything about the $150 fee for resetting a check engine light. The irony of the whole thing is right after this I received a mass email from the general manager to “personally challenge them” to make my buying experience better. I will never buy from them or GM ever again. Do yourself a favor and go to Ford, I’ve actually received money back from Ford on my leased vehicles. Bottom line all they care about is getting you to sign on the line, the dealership and the company will tell you whatever you need to hear to get that signature, after that you are on your own. More

What an awesome experience that was. I was personally turned off by going back to a dealership to get my next vehicle, but I'm glad I gave this one a chance. I told Dameon what I wanted and was looking for and he delivered. A no nonsense kind of guy, was straight with me on everything, worked hard to get a deal that was right within my price range. Kevin from Finance thoroughly explained all of my options and what I was getting myself into and made sure I was well informed before signing my name on the dotted line. Highly recommend. On morning of 5/7/20, I called to make an appointment to see a truck that had been in their lot for over 200 days. I spoke with Josh England gave the Stock number. My husband and I both left work two hours see a truck that had been in their lot for over 200 days. I spoke with Josh England gave the Stock number. My husband and I both left work two hours early, drove 45 mins. When we arrived, no truck waiting ( due to Covid, other dealers such as Suburban have truck waiting for you) We went inside, NO social distancing, the place was busy, normal business. A salesman said Josh wasn't there, he couldn't find the keys for the vehicle we requested that morning and then told us the truck sold earlier in the day. Do you think someone who saw we were coming in would let us know? NO ONE CALLED US, even when there were employees all over the place appearing bored on their cell phones. A complete waste of our valuable time. When I spoke to the manager he told me it was first come, first serve and the call center is in another location so the call center wouldn't have known. obvious disconnect. Seriously? I questioned whether the truck was even there? What a coincidence that it had been there for that long and just sold before we got there! I later received a text message from Josh ( the person I set up appointment with) asking if I came in today, when I told him "yes", what happened and how upset I was, he ghosted me... Not even a "sorry"... This has to be the worst service I have ever received from a dealership, More
