Drove 80 miles after having talked and confirmed the price of a car we were going to buy but when we got there the best they would do was about $5,500 more than what we had been quoted. I called to schedule an appointment on my drive from Northern Minnesota explains I am getting check engine warning lights and “service exhaust fluid system”. Scheduled appointment. Made ride arrangements. Drove to dealership to drop vehicle off. Representative in service department Looked up, asked if this was a diesel. Duh! I have a DEF fluid service warning and my speeds are limited. “Sorry, we cannot help you with that as our diesel mechanic is gone and we are not sure when he is coming back”. I’m sorry and suggesting another dealership is kind of weak. More

If I could give them a 0 star, I would. I will never buy from this dealership again. I do not recommend getting a used vehicle here. Buyers beware.... if you buy a used car here, you have to be 100% set on from this dealership again. I do not recommend getting a used vehicle here. Buyers beware.... if you buy a used car here, you have to be 100% set on it and check every single thing. I found an issue after I purchased and they will not accept it as a return or even exchange it. The service department said there was nothing wrong with it and acted like they know everything about the vehicle I purchased (which was a make they don’t normally sell there). I am stuck with a vehicle with super high payments that has issues that the dealership won’t fix because they said there’s nothing to “fix” even though it’s obvious on the sound it makes that something is wrong with it. Do not go here. They are pushy for the sale and to get you to sign on the dotted lines and screw you over so you are stuck. They won’t even make an effort to make the situation better and make me a happy customer. I will be telling friends and family to steer clear of this dealership. I should have stuck with the dealership I’ve been going to for the last 5 years. My sales guy Glenn was great throughout the process until I came back complaining about the issue then he wanted nothing to do with me. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME BACK. Also, I can’t rate my Sales guy because he’s not even on the list below. It was Glenn Spears. I’d give him a 4 star for the day of and a 0 star rating for the day I came back. More

I put $2000 down on the 2020 c8 corvette (2/4/20) Last week I was notified the car was in transit and would be called by Nick Brabeck. Car arrived on lot and was notified by Josh Arron in a voice mail sta week I was notified the car was in transit and would be called by Nick Brabeck. Car arrived on lot and was notified by Josh Arron in a voice mail stating to call him immediately. I called and he was gone. He contacted me 5 days later (8/24/20) stating if I want my car that I ordered and had money down on since 2/4/20 at 3:10 pm that I need to pay 15,000 dollars more or he wouldn’t sell the car to me. He was also the guy that told Joe Wright it would be sold to me at msrp 83k. Look at the website today and they have it on the showroom for 20k over msrp. This is a Stealership! They are trying to rip people off anyway they can and was told its”corporate that makes them act this way” Stay away from this Stealership, and all Napleton Auto locations More
