Untruthful pricing! Went in to look at a vehicle and when i arrived they immediately told me that the vehicle is $1100 more than the price listed online due to a "Xilon" protection package that was added to i arrived they immediately told me that the vehicle is $1100 more than the price listed online due to a "Xilon" protection package that was added to every car. Bait and switch. Went to buy wife present for Christmas. Met the grinch! Showed me a purchase price but I chose to lease. My fault for not noticing. Their fault for being unethical. When I complained the general manager told me ‘sorry, you messed up and signed it. My job is to make the most money possible for us.’ When I asked him about the ethics behind it, he just punted. I’m filing a complaint with the MN Dept of Vehicles and I’m already in touch with GM corporate about unethical practices. Even my sales person Pat seemed flummoxed when I asked him why the price didn’t match. Can’t guarantee he was truthful. But never again! More

Scheduled appointment. Made ride arrangements. Drove to dealership to drop vehicle off. Representative in service department Looked up, asked if this was a diesel. Duh! I have a DEF fluid service warning and my speeds are limited. “Sorry, we cannot help you with that as our diesel mechanic is gone and we are not sure when he is coming back”. I’m sorry and suggesting another dealership is kind of weak. More

If I could give them a 0 star, I would. I will never buy from this dealership again. I do not recommend getting a used vehicle here. I found an issue after I purchased and they will not accept it as a return or even exchange it. The service department said there was nothing wrong with it and acted like they know everything about the vehicle I purchased (which was a make they don’t normally sell there). I am stuck with a vehicle with super high payments that has issues that the dealership won’t fix because they said there’s nothing to “fix” even though it’s obvious on the sound it makes that something is wrong with it. Do not go here. They are pushy for the sale and to get you to sign on the dotted lines and screw you over so you are stuck. They won’t even make an effort to make the situation better and make me a happy customer. I will be telling friends and family to steer clear of this dealership. I should have stuck with the dealership I’ve been going to for the last 5 years. My sales guy Glenn was great throughout the process until I came back complaining about the issue then he wanted nothing to do with me. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME BACK. Also, I can’t rate my Sales guy because he’s not even on the list below. It was Glenn Spears. I’d give him a 4 star for the day of and a 0 star rating for the day I came back. More
