My appointment at the service center met my expectations for a warranty problem. The thorough repair exceeded my expectations when a factory warranteed part was defective and Chevy of Walla Walla found out for a warranty problem. My wife stopped in before her work day began and the repair was completed so quickly that she wasn't even late for work! More

We have been bringing our vehicles here for many years, we had good rapport with the staff, they knew who you were, and it genuinely felt like they cared. There has been so much turn over and the people working the Service desk do not really seem like they know anything, no ability to discussion the issue, they just want to schedule you for a diagnostic. With no personalization anymore there is no longer any advantage to doing business there. Our last service I had asked specifically for them to check to make sure the firmware was up to date and was told they would. We have been having ongoing issues since we purchased our vehicle new and were told to check back often to see if the issues had been addressed in the current code. When I got my vehicle back, no check was done, and I was told they only had an oil change listed. When pressed, the only option was of course to schedule an appointment even though they still had the vehicle sitting there. We used to get a checklist of what had been done with notes about what they found, nothing this time. The cost has nearly doubled as well for a standard oil change. I'll tell you what, if I'm going to be paying that much for that level of service, it may be time to take the business elsewhere. I really miss the service department of old, always had great customer service, now, not so much. More

We purchased our 2021 Tahoe in August of 21. I asked for them to run my financing through Gesa and they ran it through GM finance. I tried refinancing immediately but the dealer sat on my paperw I asked for them to run my financing through Gesa and they ran it through GM finance. I tried refinancing immediately but the dealer sat on my paperwork for almost a month which delayed my refi which was 2% lower interest. Days after purchasing the vehicle the light that actuated the rear hatch hands free opener failed. The dealer told us we should just wait for a recall to come out. I purchased both the service contract and extended warranty so that I was covered for 84 months or 100k miles. I paid a 5k dollar manufacturers availability fee as well. I am not waiting for a recall. Now at just under 16k miles on the Tahoe the transmission started downshifting into 4th gear then slamming back into drive. The dealer said their tech wasn’t allowed to drive it more than 20 minutes and I had to authorize them to drive it home to the Tri Cities to attempt to simulate the problem. After finally simulating the problem they said they couldn’t do anything as GM wouldn’t allow them to do anymore than check for codes. They finally found a bulletin and decided the valve body needed replaced. After replacing the valve body they asked if I wanted the tech to drive it which should be standard operating procedure to verify it was fixed. I told them no and that if the issue wasn’t resolved I would be taking it to a local dealer. When I dropped the vehicle off there was over a half tank of diesel in it and when I picked it up it was on empty. The car was filthy which tells me they could give two craps about impressing someone who dropped almost 90k dollars at their dealership. Ten miles into my drive home the very problem they said they fixed started in again. I filmed the gauges so that the dealer who has it now could see what it was doing. At this point, I doubt that they actually activated my extended warranty which I’ve paid for. I am going to talk to the dealership about getting a refund on my service contract and just buy one through my local dealer. Walls Walla Chevrolet is a horrible dealer with zero customer relations skills. I’m over one month now without my Tahoe which is quite expensive as the Tahoe gets 24mpg in town and my truck gets 14. Not only am I having to fill up more often, I’m making a payment on a vehicle that is on week number 5 sitting in a service department. More

This place sucks. Save your time and money and skip it. They tried to charge me $4000 to fix my car seat which should’ve only cost under $1k for parts and labor. We brought our Chevy Tahoe in to mainly get the horn fixed. The cost to do it was too much. However, we did get the electric seats (driver & passenger) adjusted. fixed. The cost to do it was too much. However, we did get the electric seats (driver & passenger) adjusted. More
