While Alicia was helpful and friendly, it doesn’t make up for them having our vehicle for three weeks and failed to even begin the work. The first two weeks were spent waiting for parts? At this point we decided to cancel and go elsewhere. Also there seems to be an issue with retuning phone calls. Disappointing as we have been using the service department there for years.
