YOUR people were pleasant and helpful, but prices were ridiculously high. They charged almost $200.00 for an engine check and changing a rear signal bulb. Next day battery wasn't charging, had car check at auto zone, had to have another mechanic replace alternator. You charged us soooooo much and didn't even catch that. With other mechanic, whole alternator and labor was only $225.00. Why are your prices so exorbitant and not good expertise?????. We sure won't be coming back unless things change. We liked shuttle car driver and appreciated ride. More
Did not fix what they told me needed to be fixed but charged same price for ??? And then paperwork said that part still needed replaced. Always trying to sell extra parts and services that aren’t needed. Had to do an oil change on a vehicle that I had just bought a month prior, and told me I needed other services done on my vehicle soon aren’t needed. Had to do an oil change on a vehicle that I had just bought a month prior, and told me I needed other services done on my vehicle sooner than later (again a vehicle I bought HERE a month before). Check engine light was on and when I called to see if they had checked the code for it the technician didn’t even note that the check engine light was on in their system. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. I feel as a young women I have to know things about vehicles to not have to be over charged for work that isn't necessary to be done. Tried to charge me $150 to tell me a code for the check engine light - when I know they just plug a handheld machine in the vehicle to check the code. When I bought the vehicle in the first place from this dealership I asked if all services had been done and then recently when I came in I was told that they only do “safety” things and she couldn’t even describe to me what they were.
