Always trying to sell extra parts and services that aren’t needed. Had to do an oil change on a vehicle that I had just bought a month prior, and told me I needed other services done on my vehicle soon aren’t needed. Had to do an oil change on a vehicle that I had just bought a month prior, and told me I needed other services done on my vehicle sooner than later (again a vehicle I bought HERE a month before). Check engine light was on and when I called to see if they had checked the code for it the technician didn’t even note that the check engine light was on in their system. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. I feel as a young women I have to know things about vehicles to not have to be over charged for work that isn't necessary to be done. Tried to charge me $150 to tell me a code for the check engine light - when I know they just plug a handheld machine in the vehicle to check the code. When I bought the vehicle in the first place from this dealership I asked if all services had been done and then recently when I came in I was told that they only do “safety” things and she couldn’t even describe to me what they were. More

Didn’t replace DEF for diesel truck with oil change and then could not figure out how to get cap off. Spilled DEF on truck, hope it doesn’t ruin paint. Service has been significantly getting worse. Tire pressure sensor was on. Didn’t get any air in tire. Maybe they wanted to be out by 5? In addition, I never had the paper floor cover my mats and because of it they were all wet with mud. Steering wheel also was all greasy. In general, not what I wanted in experience but I didn’t notice the decline a while ago. Should’ve gone with my initial instinct and went elsewhere. More
I got a message from onstar that there was something wrong with my car even after I changed the battery last week. I called to get an appointment to have it checked out. They looked at it and checked wrong with my car even after I changed the battery last week. I called to get an appointment to have it checked out. They looked at it and checked it all out and they couldn't find anything wrong because I had already replaced the battery. Onstar shouldn't have sent the code they did. More
