While Alicia was helpful and friendly, it doesn’t make up for them having our vehicle for three weeks and failed to even begin the work. The first two weeks were spent waiting for parts? Okay, understandable for them having our vehicle for three weeks and failed to even begin the work. The first two weeks were spent waiting for parts? Okay, understandable. But the parts were there on Monday of this week as was my SUV. When I called to check on its status Wednesday evening I find that the work had still not even started. At this point we decided to cancel and go elsewhere. Also there seems to be an issue with retuning phone calls. Disappointing as we have been using the service department there for years. And have purchased three vehicles during this time. More
