I have taken rigs here for years but that may soon change after the last visit, It seems with the change of ownership and almost all new people that customer service and principles have been pushed aside, after the last visit, It seems with the change of ownership and almost all new people that customer service and principles have been pushed aside, while several concessions were made by the service department, it truly was not a good end result, I also feel adding a 8% shop supplies to each invoice is very deceiving especially when nothing was used, I work in the same industry and have discussed this with others who agree that its basically stealing, a flat fee of $$ is normal and undstood, but apparently this is the way this company chooses to do business. I would be glad to go into more detail and discuss this further if someone had the time. More

The provided stars are for the oil change. The Service Dept presumably completed it as requested and as was due for my vehicle. If you’re willing to pay a premium for dealer-provided oil change, this dealer seems to fit the bill. However, BE SURE you’re up on your vehicle’s service records and manufacturer-recommended service schedule. At pick-up, I was greeted with a 7-page document listing multiple “immediate attention” action items from brake line bleeding to rear differential and transmission services. With the exception of one item, the reasons for said recommendations were either generic/canned verbiage, or “speak to service specialist”… no actual explanation of why my vehicle in particular needed to have the service completed, nor reference to the manufacturer’s recommended service schedules, nor disclaimer stating the dealer has no record of services rendered on my vehicle thus far. The service associate at checkout provided no additional context. It was essentially a 7-page document telling me the dealer urgently recommends completing over $5K worth of work. I’m fairly up on the condition of my vehicles as well as when major services are due, so I was naturally surprised to receive such a lengthy list. Upon later review of my existing service records and manufacturer’s recommended service schedule, I found that not only had my vehicle already recently received the majority of services recommended, some weren’t even on the schedule to take play for another 25K miles. Needless to say, I don’t trust this dealer’s service department, and therefore can’t recommend them outside of an oil change. Seems to me they’re relying a bit too heavily on poorly implemented automated service department software or pushing a bit too hard to increase sales. More
