Absolute nightmare. My wife and I committed to a purchase with this dealer and scheduled an appointment to go down and purchase. Got a call at 6:30 pm the night before My wife and I committed to a purchase with this dealer and scheduled an appointment to go down and purchase. Got a call at 6:30 pm the night before stating that they sold the vehicle we wanted to purchase to someone else that came in a couple hours earlier. Then they tried to sell me on a different vehicle that had over 10K more miles, was a year older and they were so impressed with themselves that it was $500 cheaper. The sales manage called me to explain why they did what they did and tried to explain that I should feel ok about the situation because he made a phone call. Unprofessional and will never recommend. Going to be glad when the market gets back to normal and car dealers wont have the I will sell it to the next guy mentality. More
