Shane is totally awesome! I went in to have the heater checked and they were able to also replace the high pressure fuel pump and line that had been involved in a recall even t I went in to have the heater checked and they were able to also replace the high pressure fuel pump and line that had been involved in a recall even though I had an appointment scheduled a month later. This is all due to the excellent customer service by Shane. He even gave me his card with his direct line so I could get right to him. He was able to replace the batteries on my after market engine remote starter fobs and figured out how to take them apart which was not obvious. Also they have a shuttle van that will take you home and pick you up when your car is ready. The driver is very courteous. They even have a stepstool to get up into the van if you need it. More
