Excellent customer service! Shane Schenker gave us a sense of direction as how to get the ball rolling to have our truck repaired, since we live on an island. And there's not anyone locally authorized to do warrantee work. Shartessa was able to get things lined up in short order & our truck was on it's way to Anchorage for the necessary repairs. A lot of people do not understand the logistis of how things work in Alaska, between the weather & remoteness. Shane put a work order in for the truck, so it didn't have to sit extra days. We paid out of pocket to fly to Anchorage to get our truck back, after the necessary repairs were made. Then the added cost of hotel rooms & ferry ride back. We did not get into Anchorage at the scheduled time & the courtesy van driver was not informed, but bless his heart, he was there to pick us up! We felt bad for not thinking to keep him updated. So far, so good, no more issues with the truck, having it back almost 2 weeks now. More

Stay Away Stay away from this place. Came here on a Saturday for a test drive for Colorado Z71 and i was told by the sales guy right away that I wouldnt be a Stay away from this place. Came here on a Saturday for a test drive for Colorado Z71 and i was told by the sales guy right away that I wouldnt be able to afford it. I let it slip and negotiated with him. After agreeing to a possible number, he scheduled me to come back the next day because they were closing. I came back the next day and the sales guy told me more about the truck. I told him i'll purchase if numbers are close to what we talked about. He sat us down and brought in another salesman with a 90s boyband hair cut and gave us a number 3k above what we talked about and barely anything for our 2012 trade in. We said no and he told us he'll "grab the keys so we can scooch out of here" but he didnt give them to us until we left Then, the Walter White looking manager came in and negotiated with us. We agreed upon a price for the truck and our trade in so we decided to sign the necessary paperwork We were pulled back by the financer, after agreeing on a number, and we noticed that he was very rude to his coworkers which made it very awkward to sit and listen to. After reading through documents, we were notified that the price was 4k above what we agreed upon. We said that couldnt be right. Another manager walked in and tried to explain why and showed us his calculations. The calculations were wrong and he knew he was wrong due to missing numbers and also admitting to it. I did my calculations in front of him but he kept insisting that the price listed was what we agreed. After about an hour of going back and forth, we finally said no and went our way. Turns out, they didnt honor their promotion sale listed online, nor did they input our vehicle trade off value, which was why the price of the vehicle we wanted went up.. All in all, they tried to sell us a truck 2k above the price listed on their website, and 4k more than the price agreed upon. We went to Chevy of Wasilla and got the same truck for the price I wanted without the BS. This place is full of liars. Stay away. More
