Twice you tried to sell me car insurance when I said I was happy with mine. And my deposit was not recorded and you tried to beat me out of another $2500 thank goodness I had my receipt. also my salesman had the day off and I kept getting handed off to whom ever was available and I was scheduled to pick my truck up on that day. Also I asked about accessories and my salesman has yet to get back to me it’s been 6 days now. More

Fast, Fun, Exceptional service the way car buying should be I was in a pickle and needed a car fast. Tuesday night I got home from work and frantically scoured used car sites for a car since I needed one the ne I was in a pickle and needed a car fast. Tuesday night I got home from work and frantically scoured used car sites for a car since I needed one the next day. I found a very well priced 2013 Scion FRS that met all my requirements. Rear wheel drive, manual, reliable, and affordable. While the color wasn't my first pick the price was too good to pass up and it also had a completely spotless carfax. Within 14 hours of finding the car I was in my new-to-me FRS. Oliver Post was a wonderful sales consultant and being a fellow car enthusiast, we had a great time talking about cars. Donna Catapano the finance manager was an absolute joy to work with and I can't thank her enough for helping me get where I wanted to be on a monthly payment and having me leave smiling ear to ear. On top of the exceptional staff and service, I was in and out the dealer enjoying my car in less than 40 min!! The quickest and most fun car buying experience of my life which left me a whole day of getting to drive and enjoy my new car which i should mention was in near perfect condition for a sports car with 50k miles. Buying a car should be a stress free, fun, and memorable experience and Smithtown Chevrolet nailed it!!
