Lauren was great. Anthony was great. But the rest of this dealership was concerning. Operators who hang up or transfer calls without talking, service people calling Anthony was great. But the rest of this dealership was concerning. Operators who hang up or transfer calls without talking, service people calling us “bro” and “boss” and people on the phone unable to tell us if work was finished on our car during two calls (because dealer never called to tell us when car would be ready). Work should’ve been done in 24 hours but wasn’t ready for nearly 3 days. One good thing was parts dept charged less than other dealers for key repair parts. So, this dealer was a mixed bag. Thank you to Mario (mgr) in sales who stepped in to try and help with the bad service experience we were having. If he ran the service dept, I’m sure the overall experience would no doubt be much better. Whoever is running the service dept now should likely be replaced. More
