Beware of Alex, one of their "salesmen". He will tell you that he'll call you back, he'll tell you that he'll email you, he'll tell you that he'll text you - none of which he's apparently ca He will tell you that he'll call you back, he'll tell you that he'll email you, he'll tell you that he'll text you - none of which he's apparently capable of or interested in doing. Management should seek employees who are actually invested in the business of selling vehicles. Part of selling vehicles is follow-through, and Alex had literally zero follow-through. By the time I decided to just call the main number for the dealership to speak with a different representative (three days later, since he kept promising he'd get back to me on various things and I kept believing him), the vehicle was being sold at that very moment that I called. Should you choose to engage with this dealership, I recommend seeking alternative sales representatives. More
They upcharged me for a rust proof coating that was already on the car that they did not advertise and refused to take off the price I should’ve ran right there. The car has a huge dent on the passenge already on the car that they did not advertise and refused to take off the price I should’ve ran right there. The car has a huge dent on the passenger side that they wouldn’t fix even though they claimed it had never been in an accident and had a clean carfax. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I had such a terrible car buying experience. Also in this day and age who doesn’t do military discount especially in the area you’re in! I’m active duty you couldn’t even take $10 off the price to make your customer feel good? I truly hope no one else buys from this dealership they should be shut down. More
If I can get a zero star, I would not go there to buy a car I saw the car I want it and then they’re gonna charge me $5000 extra for stuff I don’t want they try to charge me $2500 for a low jack. Every oth car I saw the car I want it and then they’re gonna charge me $5000 extra for stuff I don’t want they try to charge me $2500 for a low jack. Every other dealer charges 1000 when I told him I didn’t want it. They wanted to charge me to take it off. They wanted to charge $2500 for protection of the interior, I told him I didn’t want that they wanted to charge me to take it off. How can they get away with ripping people off like that? More
FALSE ADVERTISING: I found a vehicle that I am interested in on Cars.com and contacted the dealership about the vehicle. After reading the reviews on DealerRater and Cars.com, speaking of their deceptive pri in on Cars.com and contacted the dealership about the vehicle. After reading the reviews on DealerRater and Cars.com, speaking of their deceptive pricing practices, I decided to ask a question of the person I was corresponding with and they confirmed that the only fees are the dealer fee, taxes and registration. However, when I received calls last night and this morning asking when I would come in, I asked again of the salesperson (different associate because they could not find the person I was emailing), and they confirmed that they regularly add an additional $5k in charges for accessories that have already been installed on the car. I live over 60 miles away from the dealership and am not interested in having to drive all that way only having to negotiate away things that I am not interested in to begin with. Although the car is attractive and the deal is near worthwhile (before the accessories and ambiguous fees), I will have to find a car elsewhere. Thank goodness for a telephone call. Otherwise, I would have wasted four hours between driving to and being at the dealership. More

Went to pay asking price for car (18500) and they told me that I had to purchase the LoJack system that was "already" installed on the car, xzilon protection, and some other upsell, not needed, crappy add-on that I had to purchase the LoJack system that was "already" installed on the car, xzilon protection, and some other upsell, not needed, crappy add-on. This jacked up the price from 18500 to over 25000. I told them I don't want the add-ons and to remove them. I was told they cannot and this was the price. Typical bait and switch tactic. I should have come here to read the reviews before driving out to this so called "reputable" dealership. More
I’ll provide the facts. I went the dealer to pay asking price on new 2022 Tesla. Xzilon ($2595) was previously applied. I declined the following add-ons: $2900 used car s I went the dealer to pay asking price on new 2022 Tesla. Xzilon ($2595) was previously applied. I declined the following add-ons: $2900 used car surcharge, $2500 rust protection package, $1995 Lo-Jack. They refused to accept my own financing, so I offered to pay in cash. They refused to sell me the car because I was paying in cash. Such a weird experience, I don’t blame the sales or finance guys, these are corporate policies that prey on impoverished and less sophisticated consumers. I bought my car later that night at Tesla.com (no issues, no add ons). More
I guess I should have came here to look at the reviews before driving 5 hours to buy a car. Car was on their site for just under $27k we were putting $15k down and they brought us a paper saying we'd be f before driving 5 hours to buy a car.
