Overall a very good experience. I knew the precise specs I was looking for and unfortunately the exact vehicle was unavailable anywhere in the Chicagoland area right now (I had done my research). I retract my favorable review on 4/1/10. After receiving my 1st payment statement and noticing a loan amount $1000.00 higher. Overall great experience. The only problem I had was the back and forth game on the pricing. Eventually we got where we needed to be but this was after 3 hours of back and forth "Let me talk to my manager" back and forth game on the pricing. The staff is motivated to sell and will do there best to get you where you want to be on trade-ins and pricing. The management either needs to give the sales staff more power over pricing or tell the staff to cut the bull with the back and forth game. I'm not sure which needs to be fixed but one of the above needs to be addressed. Only when we were going to walk off the lot did we settle on a price. There was also NO financing involved as I was paying cash. Our salesperson was respectful, motivated to sell, and readily available and knowledgable when it came to answereing questions. There was good follow-up after the purchase and did not dismiss us after the purchase and continues to be a resource. One last note...Obviously be sure to completely clean out the vehicle you are trading in. I accidentally left an expensive pair of my military tactical glasses in my trade-in and no one knows anythig about them. I can only assume one of the detailers now has a pair of glasses that only a service member can purchase. I do recommend this dealership. Be ready to play the haggling/pricing game and be ready to spend a fair amount of time working to get where you need to be. The vehicle we purchased is great. We received a great price for purchase and on trade-in. The staf is polite and inviting. Everyone from the mechanics to the Manager on duty were courteous and polite. More
