I went to Grossinger looking for either a used (2009 or 2010) or new Malibu. When I walked into the showroom, Tim Abdullah immediately greeted me in a very friendly and professional manner. We sat and talked about what I was looking for in what price range. He then took me out to the lot to test ride a couple of vehicles. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. If it was something he was not sure about, he asked someone on the floor. He was not at all pushy. He listened to what I wanted and matched me to what I was looking for. I told him I could not buy the vehicle that night but that I wanted to return the next evening. Although it was his day off the next day, he gave me his cell number and asked me to call before returning to the dealership. I called him the next evening and as promised, Tim came in. The negotiation was easy and stress free. He never pushed and did not try to "up sell". He just wanted to match me with what I was looking for. He was always very polite and cordial. I made the purchase and Tim has been excellent with follow up, calling me several times to make sure I was still pleased with the purchase.
