Everyone was friendly and helpful. we were having a minor problem with another Chevy that we own and asked Brian from service if he would look at it for me they fixed the problem with no charge. I was currently carless. So I went into the dealership expecting to just to browse my selection. I was helped by one associate who got me into a car I really didn't like but I was inbetween a rock and har expecting to just to browse my selection. I was helped by one associate who got me into a car I really didn't like but I was inbetween a rock and hard place with the price I ended up buying the vehicle, although, it was very very dirty, only a vacuum job was done on it, but I was promised a detail within a week. Needless to say I wasn't too happy. A couple of days later I wanted to return the vehicle expecting a huge hassle. When I went back I was told my dealer didn't work there anymore because of shady business, I totally believed it. At which point, I was handed over to Elmer Cameron, who was unbelievable nice. Apologized over and over again and ended up getting me an unbelievable deal on a 2010 vehicle with a full warranty and everything. Elmer was telling me that my first purchase should have never had happened because of the condition the car was in. Again, Elmer kept apologizing and indeed with him I felt alot better and felt that I was in better hands. It's been over a month and I'm still completely happy with the purchase. Elmer even called me a couple weeks ago to follow up with me to make sure everything was running smoothly for me. I would like to commend Grossiger for getting rid of the bad apple who sold me my clunker and keeps salesman like Elmer available! More

Tim Abdull worked with us on our trade in to get the SUV crossover that really caught our eye (even though we came in to look at another we had found online). He was not pushy and very friendly. Spent this past friday and saturday shopping for vehicles. I looked at a number of vehicles at a number of dealerships (Accords, Camrys, Impalas, Malibus, G6s, Mazda 6s), basically anything that was vehicles. I looked at a number of vehicles at a number of dealerships (Accords, Camrys, Impalas, Malibus, G6s, Mazda 6s), basically anything that was in my budget. After seeing a couple vehicles, and one accord I liked in particular, I headed to Grossinger to test drive an Impala SS. Loved the performance, but it really wouldn't have been a smart decision for me (mpg, reliability, numerous speeding tickets I'd incur, blah interior). Told Tim I was leaning towards the 07 Accord I saw earlier at a different dealership, Tim asked me to give him the opportunity to scan inventory at other Grossinger locations (there are about 7-8) and found a beautiful loaded 07 Accord EXL, with 10k miles less than the other, plus Nav, but it was way over my budget. He asked "If I can get the price down into your budget would you purchase the car. I said upon inspection, absolutely! He spent some time talking to his manager, crunched a bunch of numbers, and they were able to come down. They portered the car out to Palatine from their City Autoplex location. Car was in pristine condition, took it for a ride, came back, and purchased the vehicle. Tim was awesome, as were everyone else I dealt with at Grossinger. Im super happy with my ride. Thanks Tim!
