I brought in my Chevy Equinox for a few items such as an oil change, tire rotation, speaker replacement, etc. When I called to see if I could wait for the car, I was told I could and they would try and get oil change, tire rotation, speaker replacement, etc. When I called to see if I could wait for the car, I was told I could and they would try and get me in right away. Not only did they take my car right in and start working on it, I was out in no time. During my visit, the Service Manager, Tony, was also proactive and noticed that my passenger window was operating slower than it should be. He determined that the motor was going bad and ordered me a replacement. Always a great experience and highly recommended. More

People need to be aware of this dealer. They can get anyone over 530 credit score financing, which is the only good thing. Everything else is horrible. I have a friend that is a manger at another dealer and told me that is how they make money. So be aware of this. They do not really care about you, they are only in it to make money off you. They will say your approved but are really not! They rush you through the paper work, as well as will not show you carfax report upon request. DO NOT GO TO this dealer!!!!! More

I had never purchased through a dealership. The vehicle I was looking for was so rare to find used in my price range (AWD Toyota Sienna), that I had accepted that a dealership may be my only option but had I was looking for was so rare to find used in my price range (AWD Toyota Sienna), that I had accepted that a dealership may be my only option but had poor experiences at the dealerships in my area. The prices were high, the quality was low, and the sales people were sneaky (trying to show my false kbb values by adding features the vans didn’t have) and pushy. I began broadening my search online to as far as 200 miles, and after weeks the clouds parted and angels sung because I saw the perfect vehicle at a price too good to be true. There was some initial confusion back and forth about this vehicle, but all was cleared up and my faith in dealerships was earned through my experience with Grossinger Chevrolet. Steve Kramer was amazing. Even though I was 4 hours away in a different state and this vehicle was going to sell quick, he and general manager Erwin Goldberg agreed to hold the van for us at the price of a lifetime till we could get there the next day. Steve Kramer stayed late and called multiple times to get us everything we needed for our bank, and after doing all that extra work for us, he talked to his finance dept. and found out they could get us an even lower rate. My husband and I took a day off work and drove 4 hours to the dealership the next day, and we weren’t disappointed. Steve had the day off but was gracious enough to come in to help us. We got their earlier than expected so while we waited not even 5 minutes for Steve, general manager Erwin Goldberg came to check on us and make sure we were comfortable. Steve walked us through everything, and was very kind and patient as I had lots of questions. Fred, in the financing dept., was just as accommodating and found us a great loan and thoroughly explained our extended warranty options without pressuring us to buy. But we did because the rates and coverage were a great deal. Steve stayed through the whole process even though he could have been home and was great to deal with. The van drove beautifully in rush hour traffic and for the rest of my four hour drive back to Iowa. I feel like I got the deal of a lifetime and love my new vehicle more each time I drive it. Grossinger Chevrolet was defiantly worth the 8 hours of driving we did to get there and back. I couldn’t be more grateful for the kindness and knowledge of salesman Steve Kramer or more impressed with the integrity of manager Erwin Goldberg. When I returned on Tuesday, not only did Ron remember my name, but he remembered what vehicles I was interested and everything that I had mentioned in our previous visit - and I never once saw him take any notes. We test drove a couple of cars and decided on the 2012 Equinox. The finance team, Cesar & Fred, worked with me to find the best financing options until the deal was done and I was 100% satisfied.
