Easy to work with even dropping in It was a busy Saturday and I dropped in without an appointment. I was greeted by sales manager Travis and then started working with Steve. He provided us with test drives and we were extremely impressed by the way he kept us up to date on our vehicle from ordering, thru the entire build process, letting us know the day it was built to the morning they loaded it for shipment and the afternoon when it arrived! The actual deal was easy and we arrived at our numbers without any drama, no stress. At the time of picking up our vehicle they showed us an array of extended warranties and optional products, but did not push or apply any pressure to purchase them. I appreciate that because it allows me to have a better relationship, feeling i"m not being pressured to purchase options I haven't checked out and thought thru.
